You can get (unlimited) help by email or chat client, we can also provide a local presence by accessing you machines remotely either whilst you watch or even when your office is closed. (Don't worry about security - we can give you assurances about our staff and our procedures).

A real example

One of our clients began as a one-person company and over 12 months, grew to 5 staff. Along the way, the MD bought PCs and software, sourced on the internet and eBay. We got involved when she found more and more of her time was spent getting the machines to work together, with their differing software and operating systems. We’ve undertaken an audit of the machines and their software, and have standardized the operating and applications software as they became obsolete. When the company moved offices, we took down and set up the network, moving from a wired to wireless network, including anti-virus, spam filters, firewalls, network security and have written the employee PC and internet usage policy which we monitor and enforce. Most of this is done remotely, and we frequently undertake work out-of-hours, making changes, upgrades, updates to enable the business to operate smoothly in normal working hours.
